Mikoła Łebed urodził się 11 grudnia 1909 roku w Strzeliskach Nowych. Ukraiński działacz niepodległościowy, pierwszy szef Służby Bezpeky. Bezpośrednio odpowiedzialny z rzeź wołyńską.
