Otmar Freiherr von Verschuer

Otmar Freiherr von Verschuer urodził się 16 lipca 1896 roku. Członek NSDAP, lekarz, biolog. Habilitację uzyskał z badań nad bliźniętami. Od 1942 dyrektor Instytutu Antropologi. Swoich współpracowników kierował na badania do obozów śmierci w tym Auschwitz. W ten sposób pozyskiwał setki eksponatów ludzkich. Ściśle współpracował z Josefem Mengele. Po wojnie został cenionym naukowcem ! Zmarł 6 sierpnia 1969 roku.


Otmar Freiherr von Verschuer was born 16 July 1896. Member NSDAP, doctor, biologist. He got the postdoctoral thesis from the research on twins. From 1942 Antropologi department head. He pointed his partners to examinations to death camps including Auschwitz. In this way he acquired hundreds of human exhibit items. Closely he cooperated with Josef Mengele.
